1. Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are effective as of November 23, 2025, and govern the use of f1coloring.com and all purchases made through the website.

2. Definitions

  • Service: The f1coloring.com website and related services.

  • Products: Digital items (PDF coloring pages) and print-on-demand physical items produced by Prodigi.

  • Purchaser/User: Any customer using the Service or purchasing Products.

  • Provider: László Zsebe, Sole Proprietor, Hungary.

  • Fulfillment Partner: Prodigi Ltd., responsible for producing, packaging, and shipping physical items.

3. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all website activity and purchases, including:

  • Digital Products – downloadable PDF coloring pages.

  • Physical Products – print-on-demand books and fine-art prints produced by Prodigi.

By using the Service or purchasing any Product, you agree to these Terms.

4. Products & Pricing

Digital Products

  • Delivered immediately after checkout.

  • Non-refundable once download begins.

Physical Products

  • Produced and shipped exclusively by Prodigi.

  • Two fulfillment groups:

    • Books & Collections → ships to 37 countries

    • Collector’s Fine Art Prints → ships to 34 countries

Pricing

  • All prices are shown in EUR.

  • USD equivalents are shown for convenience.

  • Prices include applicable taxes.

  • Shipping is included in the product price for all physical items.

5. Ordering, Payment & Fulfillment

Digital Products

  • Purchase via PayPal or Stripe.

  • Instant file access on checkout page and via email.

  • By downloading, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • No refunds after download begins.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

  • Purchase via PayPal or Stripe.

  • Production, packaging, and shipping handled by Prodigi.

  • Order confirmation and tracking information are emailed.

  • Complimentary shipping included to supported regions.

6. Shipping

All physical products are fulfilled by Prodigi. Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs.

Supported destinations include the full list of 37 countries.

Collector’s Fine Art Prints (Mounted Prints, Fine Art Prints)

Ships under: “Free Shipping to Supported Regions”
Available to a more limited set of 34 countries.

Orders placed from unsupported regions will be cancelled and refunded.

7. Returns, Refunds & Defective Products

Digital Products

  • Delivered instantly.

  • Not eligible for refunds after download begins.

  • Purchaser acknowledges and waives the right of withdrawal (EU law).

Physical Products

  • Only damaged or defective items qualify for free replacement.

  • Contact: f1coloring@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include order number + clear photos of the issue.

  • Prodigi will produce and ship a replacement at no cost.

  • No return shipment required.

  • No returns accepted for change of mind or buyer error.

8. License & Intellectual Property

Purchasing a digital product grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, upload, or sublicense any files.

  • Use the artwork for commercial or promotional purposes.

  • Share files online or in public groups.

All artwork, designs, text, and digital assets remain the copyrighted property of László Zsebe / f1coloring.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • f1coloring.com is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.

  • Production and shipping of physical products are handled by Prodigi, whose performance is outside our direct control.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may still apply.

  • EU customers may use the ODR platform for disputes:

11. Changes to Terms

f1coloring.com may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
