1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using f1coloring.com (the "Website" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Service: The f1coloring.com website providing digital coloring pages in PDF format.
Product(s): Digital coloring pages in downloadable format.
Purchaser/User: Any person using the Service and/or purchasing Products.
Provider: László Zsebe.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are digital files. Prices shown include applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees.

4. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, select your desired digital products, proceed to checkout, choose a payment method (PayPal or Stripe), and complete your payment securely.
Upon successful payment, products are available for immediate download and are also sent via email. If applicable, they are also accessible via your user account.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), by purchasing and downloading the product, you explicitly agree and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. This exclusion of the right of withdrawal complies with EU law for digital content delivered by download. No refunds will be issued after download.

6. License Terms

By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:

• Resell, distribute, or sublicense the digital products.

• Modify or create derivative works for commercial use.

• Share or make available the files publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on f1coloring.com (artwork, text, images, and layout) is the intellectual property of László Zsebe and protected under copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential loss, from using the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

10. Governing Law
