A: Instantly after checkout — available both on the confirmation page and via email.
Q: Can I request a refund after downloading?
A: No. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content is non-refundable once the download begins.
2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
Q: How is my order fulfilled?
A: All print products are produced and shipped by Prodigi, ensuring premium quality and reliable global delivery.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please email f1coloring@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
A replacement will be produced and shipped free of charge.
Q: Do I need to return the damaged item?
A: No. Prodigi handles replacements without requiring returns.
Q: How long will my physical product take to arrive?
A: Prodigi typically produces and ships print-on-demand products within 5–10 business days for EU orders, 7–12 business days for US & UK, and up to 15 business days for other international destinations. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
3. Payments & Security
Q: Can I pay in USD?
A: The base currency is EUR, but USD amounts are shown for reference. Payments are automatically converted.
Q: Is payment secure?
A: Yes — all transactions are processed by PayPal or Stripe. f1coloring.com never stores credit card details.
