1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

Q: When will I receive my digital files?
A: Immediately after checkout — files are available on the confirmation page and sent via email.

Q: Can I request a refund after downloading?
A: No. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content is non-refundable once the download begins.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

All physical items are produced and shipped by Prodigi, our trusted global fine-art production partner.

Ships under: “Free Shipping to 37 Countries”
These products are available to the full list of 37 supported countries.

Collector’s Fine Art Prints
Ships under: “Free Shipping to Supported Regions (34 Countries)”
These premium prints are restricted to a smaller set of 34 fulfillment regions.
Orders placed from unsupported countries cannot be fulfilled.

Production & Delivery Times

Q: How long will my product take to arrive?
A: Delivery times vary by destination and customs:

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • US & UK: 7–12 business days

  • Other supported regions: up to 15 business days

Tracking details are emailed once Prodigi dispatches your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
A: Email f1coloring@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. A free replacement will be produced and shipped.

Q: Do I need to return the damaged item?
A: No. Prodigi does not require returned goods for damage-related replacements.

3. Payments & Security

Q: Can I pay in USD?
A: The base currency is EUR, but USD values are shown for convenience. If you pay in another currency, conversion is automatic.

Q: Is payment secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe.
