1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

• All digital coloring pages are delivered instantly after payment.

• No refunds are provided once the download begins.

• This follows EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content.
  By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your right to withdraw is waived.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

We accept replacements only in case of:

• defective products

• damaged delivery

What to do:

Please email f1coloring@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include:

• your order number

• a clear photo of the damage or defect

A replacement will be produced and shipped free of charge.

No returns for:

• change of mind

• choosing the wrong product

• delays caused by customs or carriers

Prodigi does not require the return of damaged items.
