Due to the nature of digital content:

• No refunds are provided once the download or access has started

By purchasing or accessing digital content, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Free Downloads

Free downloads are provided without charge.

No refunds apply.

Voluntary Support / Donations

Support contributions are entirely voluntary.

• All donations are final and non-refundable

Memberships (If Applicable)

If a membership or subscription is offered:

• You may cancel at any time according to the billing provider’s rules

• No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods unless required by law

Physical Products (If Offered)

Physical products are produced and shipped by a third-party partner.

Refunds are not provided, except in the following case:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• Include your order number and photos of the issue

A replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
